To whom it may concern, I am writing this email to express the utter frustration and concern at how cumbersome Vodacom's process is, to upgrade a contract. If this is the service you offer your business clients, I just want you to know that it is truly, truly, truly pathetic. The customer experience is just dissatisfying to say the least, when at every single step there seems to be an issue. At every step, there seems to be a 24-hour turn-around time for the query to be resolved until another issue arises. I wonder if there was something wrong with me, and if I attract all these issues, BUT IT IS CERTAINLY NOT ME. IT IS THE CUMBERSOME AND EXTREMELY LONG BUREAUCRATIC PROCESSES TO UPGRADE A CONTRACT. VODACOM YOUR SERVICE IS USELESS, USELESS, USELESS. I just want you to know that! I have been trying to upgrade a contract and it has taken almost a week to upgrade a business contract - currently with an issue that still needs to be resolved (i.e a CANCELLATION LETTER) Last week Thursday, I was trying to upgrade a contract at the V&A Waterfront store, only for documents to be submitted so that I could have a more expensive contract. It took a further 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. THEN THE CONSULTANT UPGRADED TO THE WRONG CONTRACT. SO SINCE LAST FRIDAY TO TODAY, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE CONTRACT TO BE INITIATED, ONLY FOR VODACOM TO GET BACK TODAY AND SAY THAT THEY REQUEST A BUSINESS LETTERHEAD???????????????? NO THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!! HOW MANY MORE STEPS ARE NEEDED BEFORE SOMEONE CAN SUCCESSFULLY UPGRADE THEIR CONTRACT??????????????????? I just want Vodacom to know that they make it so difficult for their business customers to upgrade a contract, and their service offering is truly of THE WORST. Their network might be better than the other cellphone network providers, but the service, PROBABLY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iT IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE HOW MANY STEPS THERE ARE FOR A CONTRACT TO BE INITIATED.
