The Garmin Venu is a good watch and I have used it without any problems for 2 years. User instructions are very easy to follow online, but customer service is hard to contact in person.
On Saturday the 25th of November I tried to buy a 200MB data bundle on the Capitec app. As I confirmed the purchase, your app glitched. It charged me R29.50 TWICE and only provided one 200MB bundle. I only wanted one bundle. I contacted them immediately via email, and then many times since then (almost every day). They either don't reply or they reply with a mindless, generic answer that indicates that have not even read my complaint. They have not refunded me for their duplicate charge. It has now been three weeks. Why should I have to waste so much of my time trying to rectify YOUR error? And when are you going to refund me the full amount (including fee)?
I booked a car online with them. They cancelled the booking, claiming that I cancelled it, and then refused to refund me. I was stranded in a foreign town and had to get another car from another company. They have zero customer service. No one you can phone. No one who phones you. I had to search and search to eventually find an email address, and it took them 4 weeks to reply to that email, with absolutely nothing helpful to say at all! Stay away from this terrible ****my company.
<div>I received sclerotherapy treatments at the Vein Centre and they completely botched the procedure. It resulted in very bad and permanent scarring on my legs. The staff and Dr Blignaut have done absolutely nothing to remedy the effects that they caused. They just threaten me to try and get me to be quiet. DO NOT GET YOUR VEINS TREATED HERE!</div>
Bolt/Taxify is a criminal company. Do not use them. They take additional money out of your bank account and won't refund it. They tell you that they will charge you one amount, and then charge additional amounts, and then refuse to take responsibility for them.
Completely dishonest and thieving company. They took additional fees from my bank account, which were in addition to all the agreed upon fees in the quote and the receipt they gave me. They have no interest in correcting this issue either.
Vox is dishonest and advertises fake products. They hooked me as a customer using an advertising campaign for two months free, but then went back on it and started charging me in the second month. I have pointed this out to them, but they don't care. They are dishonest. Don't believe their adverti*****ts or promotions. You cannot believe a word they say and they have no interest in fair and legal advertising!
Chris, the Wynberg (Cape Town) courier just shows up without giving any indication of what day or time he will do so. This, obviously, leads to unsuccessful deliveries because no one is home when he shows up. I told him to call me before he arrives. He said it takes too much time to call people before arriving at their house. So, his logic is that it is quicker to drive to someone's house to check if they are there, rather than make a 1 minute phone call. This stupid and inefficient practice means that he drives around and around, arriving at empty houses repeatedly, refusing to make a phone call to check availability. Stupid.
This is a fake agency that steals other people's property adverts to try and seem like they have a property portfolio. I am selling my property privately. This "agency" has stolen my advert text and photos and is using it on their website and has also posted it on other webpages such as property24 and gumtree. I have messaged them multiple times telling them to take it down but they have not responded. Just to add to their ridiculous behaviour, they have added stupid and incorrect inclusions to their fake adverts of my property such as incorrect erf size information, and an inflated price.
