Poor assistance that I received this morning by Total garage on Rifle road by Turffontein whilst rushing to work. The garage was full this morning with cars and the petrol attendants just stood there watching an accident scene that happened next to the petrol pumps. I went in the shop and left a message with my son to ask the petrol attendant to fill up and check the tyre pressure for us whilst I go get snacks for him for school. I went in and out of the shop and no one came to the car to assist, only when they noticed that I'm driving away two of them ran towards me, but I had already waited for a good 10 minutes without being assisted and the other cars had already left. They didnt even show remorse or anything like that. A garage that is situated on such a busy road with such service is bad for business.
Disrespecful, undermining and made me a fool in full view of the staff on more than one occasion. Shell Aeroton in Johannesburg is the closest to my house and I have always been filling up fuel there. Early one morning one of the petrol attendants Orlando (he also thinks the **** and can get any girl he wants) forgot to close the water lid and my car almost over heated. Had to incur an expense of calling out a mechanic to assist. I went back to the garage to report it and the manager promised to sort it out, instead Orlando made it a joke and laughed. On Tuesday I went passed to get my tyre pressure checked, I refused to be assisted by Orlando and the other stuff stood there laughing at me in full view of everyone even the manager, I was unfortunately forced to drive away and look for another filling station. I'm disgusted at the manner in which I was treated, imagine if there wasn't any garage closer.
It’s so frustrating that rain is making me deal with paying for a router that was ****** from your car! It feels completely unfair to be hit with a financial burden for something that was taken from me. You shouldn't have to worry about replacing your stuff just because some ***** decided to target your vehicle. Plus, it’s even more annoying when the call centre agents and collections consultants are not attending to the query, I have sent emails but not response, I was told that the accounts department will look into the matter and I'll be contacted back and still nothing. I have paid for the month of September and did not have connectivity since the incident happened and now I'm expected to pay R4000 for what? Rain treats customers like they are used up good as long as they cash in on the money, the inconvenience that they have caused is none of their business. They have no professional etiquacy .
