Opened an account at Makro 10 days ago. To this day, I can't buy anything online, as my digital card isn't displaying. Needless to say, RCS is unable to resolve the issue. Several phone calls and then dead quiet. Situation remains. Can't buy anything, so what's the use?
Never ending story. Massbuild RCS simply refuses to stop calling me, regarding my so called handed over account. The threats simply won't stop. My account can't be more up to date. These people don't know what's going on around themselves. STAY AWAY FROM RCS!!! This is now a 4 year struggle.
So here we go again. RCS with their working staff who doesn't know what's going on in their own business. Messed up my credit record due to their own mistakes, corrected it after 3 years of struggles. Statement R0.00 balance. Can't close the ******* account. And then it started again. Suddenly getting phoned EVERY day by lazy people who don't even have proper manners via the phone line. Demanding payment of R3800. Slamming down the phone if I tell them it's nonsense. Next day same story. Sometimes twice a day. I so wish I could put my statement up here as proof, email communication as proof, but will it help? No. Will this ever end? No. Will they ever be able to do their jobs, properly? No. I so so wish I never signed up for RCS, what a mess. Their staff are totally ***********. Story of my life. Stay away from RCS.
Okay so after 3 years of struggling with *********** people, RCS has messed up my complaint again. And now Randy doesn't get back to me to get it resolved. What a shame RCS
STILL struggling with RCS Builders to locate my payments, starting in September 2021. I'm getting really annoyed with them messing up my credit score now. Nothing happens. They don't even try. All proof, all documents were sent through like I was asked for. Still nothing. Only threat letters. Pathetic.
Telkom what are you up to. We've moved business premises on 31 October. Mid October we arranged for new line, told us Telkom is doing away with copper lines, we need to take a voip package. They took the order and said 5-7 business days for delivery. The very next day I phoned in to check, no one could find the package on the system. So they logged a new order, apparently the first order didn't have a router, the new package has. 4 days later the package arrives, without a router. Right here the endless problems started. I'm in business and can't afford to be without a telephone line or internet. The change was arranged for 31 October. The moment the package arrived, they cut my line. Trying to do business without a line or internet. At the old premises. Several hours of calls. Every time a different story. Suddenly the package that was offered to us never was available. Sending a new package. Business moved. Followed up. Package is with courier. Next day follow up, no one knows anything. 2 days later, package cancelled. Oh no, sorry sir, it's on it's way. Oh sorry mam, no it's not, it's been cancelled. Router is on it's way. Oh no sir, router has been cancelled, your account has been suspended. Oh sorry mam, it's on it's way, your account has not been suspended. Sorry sir, there's nothing we can do. Now it's been 4 weeks, still no package. BUT they expect you to pay for services you don't have. This is pathetic. Can anything be done about this, will this complaint help?? I honestly don't think so. Shocking.
So now it's 3 years. 3 years in which rcs is still pocketing money from my paid up account at builders. No one is able to sort their mess out. No one. How is this possible? Several phone calls, several emails, nothing. Now they've appointed Brooks and Luyt attorneys, what a mess. They don't have any info from my account. RCS, I say again, my account is paid up, sort this mess out and clear my name at the credit bureaus, or I will have to go another route. Choice is yours.
So to this day Builders is still unable to sort their mess out with my account, still pocketing money from a fully paid up account, still messing up my credit score, still messing around and refuse to do a thing. Just shove their heads in the sand. Pathetic
Builders - what is happening. I will never buy anything from you again, not for personal use nor for my business use. To this day you still refuse to allocate my payments made to my account. Don't tell me you can't sort this out from your side, you have all statements and POP's. I opened this account in store, I need action!!
So now RCS tells met they cannot trace ANY of my payments, of which I provided ALL proof of payments. This comes after they traced 3 of them a month ago. Now suddenly it's none. This is exactly what I expected will happen. None of them knows how to do their jobs. Sad. I'm fedup with these people. I am in possession of the email where they clearly stated they allocated 3 of my payments with the dates and amounts. Now they can't trace any. Wow wow wow. It's getting worse and worse. I refuse to pay a further cent to my account as this isn't getting sorted.
