Poor service I get from rain am experiencing poor network on my Wi-Fi for months without getting any help and I raised the issue with them and is not attended

I went to MSC Business College Midrand campus many times trying to call as well am not winning, I wanted to collect my 1st year diploma certificate and am not winning at all and campus is always closed
