Very slow to respond 24+ hours. *********** BEEE technicians. Not recommended.
This is not a prop firm I would recommend. When you place a trade, they will move the entry with at least 10 pips, so you start at a steep negative. Their system is lagging and at times I've waited more than 10 minutes to see an update on the charts. They are very quick to let you know that you should start again with no chat function or number to call. Their only contact details for response is noreply@vaultfunder.trade which says it all.
I recommended Wimpie from Besselaar Services to friends of mine to redo their Tennis Court. Wimpie was quick to boast about his perfectionism in all he does but failed terribly as the tennis court is now unplayable with paint peeling off and bumps all over the court. It would have been beneficial to post photos of his bad workmanship to show what to expect from this perfectionist. Stay away, he likes to talk but don't walk the talk.
I've ordered a book online through Raru.co.za but even after 3 months I've still not received the book I ordered or a refund. This local company keeps ripping people off. There are even people on their Facebook page that is waiting more than a year for their orders.
Worst place to order stuff online, it's been more than a month and still no responses from them.
I applied for a fiber connection 3 days ago and haven’t heard from them since even after trying to get hold of their support non-stop the past 24 hours. If they treat new clients this way I don’t even want to know how they treat their regular customers.

Don't hesitate to trust them with your car, it will be the best decision you make to ensure the safety of your family on the road and the best treatment for your car.

Axxess had a special to upgrade a package for FREE. We then requested the upgrade as advertised which was promptly upgraded. They then charged us the upgrade amount so it was not free as advertised. We then requested the account to be downgraded to which they replied it would take between 1-7 days. After 30 days we asked again for the downgrading of the line to which they responded it takes 30 days, and again they deducted the amount for the higher package. We now ended month 2 and we still have the same issue. The support is ****ING useless.
