Since I can remember my family has always made use of Intercape bus services. I myself have been a loyal user in recent years, but today I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED by their broken promises and LACK OF INTEGRITY. I've made a booking for a trip from Belville CPT to Upington NC. Ticket was booked on the 28th Aug. for a price of R500. In an unfortunate event I had to change my destination to travel to Kathu instead of Upington. I called Intercape's contact centre and spoke to Neethling who assured me that everything is sorted and that he will leave note on the system and there will be a note on the driver's manifest to inform them of my change in destination. Again I asked Neethling if everything was sorted before I ended the call and again he ASSURED me that he has spoken to his Operations Dept, they are aware and that there is no extra cost in changing my ticket as its was on the same route. This morning 3rd Sept 2021 I find myself stuck in Upington as the crew at the Intercape office wont allow me to board the bus to Kathu as there is no notes left on the system to inform them or the driver of my change in destination. I cannot express the amount of ANGER, RESENTMENT, DISSATISFACTION AND DISSAPOINTMENT I have for Intercape right now. I AM STUCK IN UPINGTON NOW WITH NO WAY TO GET TO KATHU!!!! Do you UNDERSTAND how much your INCOMPETENCE has inconvenienced me. Please sort this mess out!!! Ticket number 0221LR730

Their customer service department is AMAZING!!! In my opinion, simply the best!
