It's a ****. paid for a product 3 weeks ago- head nothing. Only contact is an email address which they dont reply to.

No refund 4 months later
Cem Air cancelled my flight 4 months ago. I still have not been refunded despite numerous phone calls and emails. They agree the refund is due- they are just not paying it.

auto renewal without consent. Make it almost impossible to get a refund- been on hold for 40min. Shocking service. Avoid at all costs.
