I'm still fuming about my experience with Hyundai Woodmead. Last year, I took my 2023 Hyundai i10 Motion in for a 30,000km service and was charged R3400. Fast forward to this year, I had the same car serviced at Hyundai Vereeniging at 45,000kmeand was charged R3088. What's puzzling is that the second service, which covered a higher mileage, cost less than the first. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me understand the discrepancy. I'm extremely frustrated with Vodacom South Africa's customer service. Despite numerous attempts to cancel my contract since May 2025, nothing has been done. I've made multiple calls and visited the Midrand store , but the issue remains unresolved. The agents seem helpful, but their actions don't match their words. Due to the lack of progress, I've stopped the debit orders, which may impact my credit profile. I'm meeting with my lawyer to explore further action. The treatment I've received is unacceptable, and I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. ****‼️‼️‼️ **** ‼️‼️‼️
The brand has a sequence of bad service. I tried calling them to book for service in Sandton .like the first time there is always a problem of bad reception.....my worry now is why every time when logging a call this happens. IT was the second time it happened . Hence i ended up servicing the car at woodmead.I called woodmead right after. They picked up we spoke no issues of bad reception .It leaves the bad taste in my mouth for such Big brand......
The customer service I received was appalling to say the least at woodmead service centre.Got there today was told to pay for service. Why no one thought it is important to tell me that my second service will be billed. I tried calling the head office......nd guess what phone just kept on ringing. This is unacceptable for such Big brand......The guy who was assisting tells me the one who helped me the last time was new at the time hence i was not told. So my question is who is responsible for training their staff!!!!!! Will not be using them ever again......
