MyGlass claims to be efficient with their mobile service, but the exact opposite happened. I got a quotation to replace my windscreen, and it has now been 3 weeks of waiting on the consultant to allocate technicians to come do the job.. THREE WEEKS. I had to keep sending messages to the consultant that I AM STILL WAITING! I canceled everything today and looked for another service provider. What a waste of my time!

I've been changing payment dates for Rain from 25th to 1st since March,, they appear effected on the Rain app but come the 25th, a barrage of threatening messages to pay or be cut off are sent. So I decided to leave the date issue and continued with 25th. It's been five years of that. I paid on 25 September 2024 as always. On 1 October, yesterday Tuesday, they cut off my connection, demanding that I pay again. I told them to jump into the nearest lake. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!
