Great service
Prompt response to enquiry on web page, technician arrived within an hour. Both pumps were quoted, replaced (same day) and secured against future theft. Professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Prompt and efficient service
Very impressed. Technician (Richard) arrived within 1 hour of the initial call, quickly found the problem, replaced the part and the Machine was tested. Job done on site within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Terrible service from finance department
Although the Security side is good, the accounting side is terrible. I paid a deposit on the 27th June to the payment reference number supp**** by the salesman. After the work was done, I requested a statement showing the outstanding amount, only to be told that the initial payment reference number was incorrect and that the monies would need to be transferred to the correct account by finance. . After numerous requests for a statement, I got an email with the outstanding balance, which was paid on the 2nd August. Despite numerous requests for a zero balance statement, I have now received 2 statements showing that the original deposit has not been transferred to the correct account. This now affects my credit rating, as the amount is 90 days overdue. Please rectify this immediately.
