Virgin active have locked me out of the app saying I owe money. All I did was downgrade my membership and they confirmed they would deduct their "downgrade" fee from the credit amount. This was not done. I have phoned the call Centre 3 times today to try and resolve this and I end up on hold with no manager or Teamleader available.
I have phoned Adidas 4 times now to collect an order that I have been trying to return since early December 2024. Each time I am told that a courier company will contact me and nothing happens. Adidas, please collect your items for return and refund me!
I issued one star because I had to make a selection, otherwise it's a negative number from me. Do not buy from this company if you value your hard earned cash. Firstly, they took 3 days to issue me with a code to access the e-book I bought. I could not access the platform which you are forced to use in order to download the book from my Macbook. They refused to give me a refund even though I could not access the actual e-book! If you enjoy supporting decent companies who care about customer service, do not bother with this one.
