I bought a couch and few days later the leg of the couch got broken, I went back to the shop to report it they came to check it and said they'll come and collect it, up until now they haven't it's over a week now and the damage is getting worse. There is no communication whatsoever.

Restonic Shelby 137cm bed set
Bought a bed on Monday and it was not on a good condition, I went back to report and they didn't help me I had to fight so that we get to an agreement and they said they gonna come before the end of business day to take the bed and bring the one that I upgraded to but till now they are not here
