My solar system was installed six months ago by It's Home Solar. The team completed the task in a single day and is very friendly and professional. I was given an explanation of the technology, which operated flawlessly right away. Always accommodating and quick to reply when you ask for help.
I am very disappointed with the service from MTN and the Rewards Company. A consultant gave me false information, so I cancelled a contract within two days. I was assured I wouldn't be charged, but I was debited twice. Now, both MTN and Rewards keep directing me to the other, with no resolution. I was even promised a callback that never happened. I have spent too much time and airtime on this. I need my refund processed immediately. Please resolve this.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with OnAir. When I spoke to an agent, I specifically asked if I would receive airtime on my current SIM card, and he assured me that I would. However, I later received an SMS informing me that I would be getting a new SIM card. I had ordered a DStv streaming device with OnAir that comes with R50 airtime. When I called to clarify, the lady I spoke to did not apologize for the misinformation. Instead, she bluntly told me that OnAir is giving airtime for free, but it comes with a new SIM card. She said nothing would change if I didn't want to continue and that I could cancel. Her attitude lacked any sense of customer care. I am very disappointed with the lack of clear communication and the poor customer service I received. OnAir needs to improve its customer service and ensure that agents provide accurate information to avoid confusion and frustration.
