As a first time shopper at Makro SA , I am very disappointed🤧🤧their online service & delivery system is zero rated 👎👎👎👎. FIRSTLY how can one order groceries only for it to be delivered 2 days later? I got billed for all items in my cart, but as I am still awaiting delivery I am getting emails that a part of my order was canceled and refunded. CANCELED? WHY? " Out of stock" then why was I billed for something that was not in stock? Stock availability of the items was determined before shipping, but no communication was done for alternative ways (such as replacing an "out of stock" item) REFUND? You mean a refund that I have to inconveniently wait for 7 WORKING days before it could reflect back into my account? MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE IS OF A LIFETIME WORTH A THOUSAND REGRETS!!!!!!!
I'm writing this review with a very heavy heart after been given the worst customer service earlier today at Cash XChange in Pretoria central (Pretorius street) by one of the employees. I called to enquire about my due payment date for an item I got a loan on , as I was on the phone with Sandile Madolo (if I got his surname right), and as we were on the phone I had to answer someone on my side and he rudely told me that "I can not be entertaining other people while i am on a call with him as he has customers to attend to" as I tried reprimanding him about his tone and the manner he was responding he blatantly told me I'm wasting his time and hung up the phone while I was still talking. As a person that works in retail I'm still shook by his behaviour and how the company condones such behaviour, the audacity and cheek of that young man in that store is unacceptable. And it would be poor to find your company named being tarnished all because of an *********** person. Kindly get your house in order and train employees to value customers.
