A person can die while waiting to be served
I took my mother to Stretford clinic in orange farm ext 2 on Friday last week, upon arrival my mother was able to speak but was weak- we arrived at the clinic at 07:00 am and the person who is responsible for files wasn’t there yet. The took my mother and gave her oxygen and run few test and at around 9am that was when her file was opened 😞she wasn’t in a good state and they had to call the ambulance which took too long to arrive from past nine to 14:00. The wasn’t an ambulance It arrived later as we got to baragwanath by 16:00 . Now my mom suffered new stroke while waiting to get help and she can’t even talk or move. I’m so disappointed in the service we received from the clinic and ambulances as well.

A person can die in our health services
I brought my mother in an emergency from 7am we have been waiting for the ambulance from the till 13h27 we still at the clinic aren't getting any help. The ambulance Ref 100468

It was not was we agreed on!
I called them to find out about their packages , the did explain their services and I understood and I picked the one will the financial warranty plan , to my suprise two days later they called me to say they can't put my car under financial warranty plan I then requested they cancel my policy I never paid even once but to my suprise the police is sill active and dents my credit score.please intervene and help me.
