I bought a used BMW from this dealership, and I was assured the vehicle had no accident damage or bodywork done, but have since discovered that there is indeed bodywork that I did not pick up initially, the respray work has been poorly done, and the panels on the passenger side do not align. When I got in touch via email with the sales person ( Carlo Greuning and the sales Manager Paul Westenborg), I received no response. I feel that this company do not value and represent ethics and integrity, and I would not recommend dealing with them. As an aside, I was also promised a spare key for my vehicle, which needless to say, never did materialise. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
I recently went through to process of moving across from one insurer to Santam and had the pleasure of dealing with an agent who was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. For once it was a seamless process to get our insurance needs sorted out. Thank you Thomas Hydenrych!
We recently had shower glass and mirrors cut and installed by Glassmen Herm****. Such an amazing company to deal with in every way. Nolu, tge lady at the front desk helped with everything. She communicated timeously about everything, checked up on progress, and was professional to the end. The installers of the shower glass were as professional and efficient as Nolu. Great business to deal with
Terrible experience! We recently purchased a Toyota Hilux bakkie, the insurance company who we were with would not cover the vehicle for theft unless we had a tracker installed. For various reasons I refused to install a tracker, so tried to find a company to cover us without the tracker. As I've previously been a customer of Virseker, and received a high level of service at that time, I tried them first. I got through to one of their broker agents (Ashley Ditshego) who was happy to sign me up WITHOUT a tracker. I stressed probably 5 or 6 times my refusal to fit a tracker, so he was well aware of my preference. One the policy documents came through, I saw to my horror that we were NOT covered for theft, because of the tracker issue. When I queried this with him, and subsequently with the complaints desk, I was told that is their policy, like or leave it. I then told Ashley Ditshego that I would be cancelling my insurance policy with Virseker, but eould do so AFTER finding another insurer. I ako tried on many occasions to get through to management to complain about Ashley, who I felt was quick to sign me up, because it meant commission for him, no matter the consequences of my predicament of not being covered for theft. Up until today, NOT ONE person has called me back, and in fact, Ashley took it upon himself to cancel my policy, without my knowledge, and I only know about tge cancellation because of an sms that I received. Honestly, I'm not sure what us happening at Viseker, because it is by no means the company I dealt with 6 years ago. Incidentally, I DID find a company to cover the Hilux without a tracker!
