Appalling service I must say, logged my ticket 5 days ago for Metrofibre to come and inspect why my ONT device has stopped powering on. Every day I follow and nothing materialises. Just for a technician to come check the device i have to suffer like this. I even suggested that since they are close to me am volunteering to come to their offices so they dont need to come me but they decline just so i can suffer. I work from home so everyday now i have drive out and go sit restaurants just so I can earn a living. Case number: 682266
Blink referral system is garbage, when its time for them fulfill their promise to pay it will never happen! On 27 July 2024 i send a family member the referral link after the app notification asked me to refer. After a couple of days my family member took on the policy. When i asked when am I getting the referral fee i was told it needs to be 30 days from the policy started which is fair so i waited but nothing came in. Today when i asked again now am told that they will not pay because that person might have had another quote on the system!!!
Worst decision i made with my money. Lack of communication, no empathy at all to customers on late orders. They taking high volumes of orders they clearly cannot handle, four weeks and counting and I still have not received any official communication from them. You as a customer must always ask for updates on Instagram(admin has no idea about orders-never has he once asked about my details so he can find where it is). So to cut a long story short just don't do it!!! Social media online shops are not worth it unless you dont mind stress.

Since the beginning of the year I have been trying to call the office but the number no longer works(doesn't even ring) no one responds to emails as well. All I wanted was to upgrade my fibre line, but all I want is to just cancel so they can release the line. I want to get into service from people who actually care about their business.
I have been called a number of times regarding a quote and been promised that if Outsurance cannot beat what am currently paying they will offer me money. After the call all i got was we will get one of our consultants to call you back and they never call. This time around you have wasted my time and I want what was promised to me.
My contract expired with MTN in August 2015 but MTN kept on charging me for the same rate even after the contract has expired, immediately after the contract expires-the handset charge should fall away After trying so hard to get the matter resolved with with call center agents who kept on giving me different answers i cancelled both the debit order and the contract. Now you sending me SMS threats on daily basis requesting the debit order returned last month. if the contract has expired I owe you nothing but the airtime used of which you where more than compensated for. We don't owe each other anything from the way I see it. Can this matter be looked at so you can refrain from harassing me with SMS threats?
For the last two years SARS has been a nightmare in my life. The last two years when I submitted my returns i found out that i owe the organisation four thousand and odd rand's JUST BECAUSE A MEDICAL AID CERTIFICATE WAS NOT SUBMITTED!!!(i guess its because of the not so user friendly system) i tried logging on to e-filing and logging disputes and nobody seems to listen. Went into the Centurion branch, only to get a person saying that i have no choice to but to pay. I have paid my taxes in order from the start and declared everything. A medical Aid certificate is something one can call for and we simply provide. Now it has increased to five thousand i really cannot afford to pay huge amounts of money like i stole it. we contribute huge chunks like to the SARS for them to say we owe because of a stupid certificate. i cannot pay large amounts of my salary and then also from my account and make my family suffer for things that can be corrected. somebody please help/look into this. AM NOT a CRIMINAL-please don't let me loose faith in you by treating me like
Am doing this because i have not other place to turn too. I was called by a third party company contracted to Mtn who offered me options on what to do with contract since it is expiring this month. I told the consultant that i don't want another phone but requested that i keep my topUp 200, that idiotic lady offered me Anytime 200 with is contract has no limit. Called the 808 call centre-after 45 minutes of holding they couldn't help me. Mtn shops are closed and the ones that are open cannot help. the third party company said they can only send an email to Mtn but because of there strike nobody can help. am refusing to pay this debit this month since not my problem this happened and that no one is around to assist. Please can someone help putting my number on correct contract? i tried applying to port my number to Vodacom but they say Mtn needs to accept this request-but they are not answering anything so i cannot do anything. As am typing this email i have been waiting for this contact centre to answer my call. its been its been 48:36 minutes so far. how disappointing
