Unauthorized debits via Telkom, for a subscription that I hadn't signed up for.
Purchased products during Black Friday (29th Nov), but items were 'lost' between MAC dispatch and Aramex courier. I'd placed multiple orders that have since been delivered, except for one. Money was taken, system shows 'shipped', but neither MAC nor Aramex can locate the tracking number. Called repeatedly, they will no longer honour the discount percentage from Black Friday, despite being a long standing customer and spending thousands via their online shop. Poor form MAC, and poor customer service. My R2000 is now lost in the ether, and your team haven't even been courteous to return an email or a call.
MTN - your customer service is NON-EXISTENT. I have been an MTN customer for the past 20yrs. My mobile services stopped working earlier this week, only to be told after calling in that you were audited and have decided that my month-to-month contract/ services will be terminated with no notification or alternate solution. I have since called in for the past five days, I have visited a branch of yours, I have whatsapped the online service number to resolve the matter, I've even been cut off by a number of your customer service agents whilst being 'placed on hold'.........ABSOLUTELY NO-ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST. Even more laughable is that a recorded message plays in the background about this being Customer Service week, and your team are striving to improve services......WHAT SERVICES?!?!?! Your contact centre has given so many varying excuses over this week about this contract. And we spend more time verifying that we are the account holder, rather than getting the matter resolved. Please can someone...ANYONE....contact me as a matter of urgency. Ready to CANCEL AND MOVE AWAY FROM MTN IMMEDIATELY.
