I would like to ask the Babalwa lady that has been calling me for months to stop calling me, I have already sent all the bank statements over a year ago, she wanted proof of payment from the institution or NSFAS and i have beeeeen telling her I am not getting a response, she called me again today. I will not be running around getting documentation just to prove that I am unemployed, clearly this company or agents do not know what they are doing. The amount of money on the debt is ridiculous, nothing close to what my studies costs. Please stop stressing me out, unemployment is already stressing me out, I cannot be harrassed to pay fees when I have not even gotten employed.
Horrible service !! Agent i spoke to is also a ****, she said my order is out for delivery when it was actually lost or lost and I waited for it to be delivered !! My package status now is on claim issued why?
Tell me how did i get to a -R2787,33 for a bank account i have not used for over a year now? @merchants in partnership with standard bank made employees open accounts without providing all the accurate information, after seeing a bank statement today i get the shock of my life. @Standard Bank why are you not hiring people that are transparent? or is this how you make money? by robbing people? i did not agree to an overdraft so how come I owe the bank this much?
