Letaba Networks is the worst
Letaba Networks is the worst service I have received in a very long time with calls that just keep on reading the same message over and over called them more than 20 times and the calls automatically drop themself at 30 min holding on the accounts department reply on emails stating you need to go on WhatsApp and activate the account but the WhatsApp line is not even working we had to move training sessions that cost our production heavily and still to this moment no replay 15 emails later they just don't care what happen technical department said they will escalate the matter but no luck took my details and everything

STANLIB
I have a investment with STANLIB and wanted to withdraw money from my investment to pay for urgent medical bills and procedures that i needed to go for and needed money quick and while STANLIB is stating that they're withdrawal only takes 2 business days it was the perfect opportunity for me to do so. I did the withdrawal on the 4th of October 2024 and till today i have not received my investment money i couldn't visit the doctors or pay my medical bills due to the lack of service at STANLIB each and every time they state the money will be in my account and have been paid but nothing Yesterday for the last time i asked them that i have a urgent appointment for the fracture in my neck at the specialist today and that i need to oay for the consultation and the money need to be oaid by end of business yesterday 14th of October 2024 they made a promise that it will be in my account on the latest 15th of October 2024 this morning when i logged in there was no money in my account to i needed to cancel my appointment once again because their promises was not met Sad to see you trust a company with your money and investments and when you need it most they are careless for their clients and make empty promises just to get you off the telephone line.
