Dros New Redruth ASS
Felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. The burger meat was tough as hell, we were told there is no tomato sauce available (or any sauce for that matter) - because the manager/owner does not want to order new stock as a new restaurant manager/owner is inbound. To put a cherry on top, the waiter - that by the way covers up to 20+ tables on his own, told us that NONE OF THE TIPS go to waiters and that the restaurant keeps all tips. When employees ask for their tips, they are told they would be paid “tomorrow”. Absolute **** place, Sincerely.

#1 Worst Service provider
This is my second review now Clear Access is physically not capable of providing working internet for more than 1 hour. For the past 4 days, my wifi would completely stop working every 30 minutes, for 2 hours. If Clear Access is reading this review - I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY YOU OR ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR YOU, YOU ARE ****ING USELESS AND CALLING ME WON’T RESOLVE ANYTHING, so please refrain from contacting me as I will not answer your pointless calls

My grandma cooks faster
Fireroom- Mall of Africa I would want to give it 1 star, but the food was actually good. This however does not take away from the fact that we were in the restaurant for 3.5 hours. It took 30 min to bring a 500ml beer to the table (which was room temperature), and 45mins for 3 ****tails. You would think the process of shucking oysters and putting them on ice is quick, I GUESS NOT, because it took 1 hour 15 min to bring a few oysters to the table. Your food is good, but no one wants to be at a restaurant from 11:45 to 15:20.

Clear Access horrible wifi
Would not even want to add 1 star as Clear Access deserves 0. How can it even be possible for my wifi to stop working EVERY SINGLE DAY. My friends are with Clear Access too, and their wifi has the same problems. I would not recomment any person (that values their sanity and well-being) to even consider choosing Clear Access as a service provider. They are basically *****ing from me at the moment, as I am paying a ****load of money for wifi that never works. 0 out of 10 - would not recommend
