Always quick to respond to claims for my pet insurance product
Always quick to respond to claims for my pet insurance product. Would recommend them. Claims have never been rejected.

Not recommended due to communication issues
They were quick to come out to do the inspections and on time as well. They are a bit anal about very small issues which might be a money making tactic or they are just working really well to the book. No real complaints on this. The real issue is communication. You have to phone Tashreeq everytime you have a question since he does not reply to emails. On all instances I have give Tashreeq a full business day to respond. When I phone him you can clearly get the idea that he has never even opened your email.
