have arrived back from my overseas trip and found my parcel.I have notice that the Springbok Triple Bok dad cap-Military Olive missing.I have paid for two caps and only received one cap.i have send emails and don’t have received any response and then on the 16 January I received a email from Carla that she did report it to the factory.They would send a replacement.That was the last time I heard from them.I have send emails again but never had a reply
It’s the second month in a row that they got my order wrong.The person packing their online orders can’t read or understand their system.He or she can’t understand the meaning of a case of whisky is it 6 bottles or 12 bottles.Last month it took me almost 4 weeks for them to sort it.Now this month it happened again was supply again 6 bottles short.Contacted immediately while the courier people was there.The problem is they treat you as if you are a ******** and don’t return your calls.They are at wrong and short supply me.
