Since my review I posted on 18 Oct 2024 at 09:54 am, Bonitas still has not contacted me. They said they will investigate but how long does this investigation take? My query is now pending for 8 days now.
This is definitely not the first time Bonitas has done this to me. I am VERY DISSIPOINTED in their turn around time when responding to mail queries. You cannot call them either because it will take you up to 10 min before you go through to a consultant. I send an email on 14 Oct 2024. In seconds I received a Bonitas automatic response with a claim reference nr. on 17 Oct 2024, Bonitas send me a "Voice of the customer" mail, claiming that on 14 October 2024, Whafeeq Thesen rep**** to my email which I cannot find in my mailbox. So now, they want me to rate a service that I have not received...? Can someone from Bonitas (Boncap) please contact me URGENTLY.

Platinum Life has really disappointed me :-( I requested a call back a week ago, but no one has called me back yet. The company is very quick to call when selling their product and to take your money but when we as clients need help, Platinum Life is not very prompt!
