I am not happy with the service at Exact Protea Glen, I was assisted by Kamo.....I went to exact a week ago to exchange and I didn't find my size...then went back again today for a refund so I can purchase at another TFG store, I asked for a refund but she says that the company does not allow refunding a customer using a gift card....I wanted to know how true is this....I am utterly disappointed
I am writing this email as an unsatisfied customer. Legit Protea Glen disappointed me today. I went there to ask for a lay-by extension, I was told that my lay-by expired, I further asked for a refund, I was told that I'm forced to use the money in store since I don't have a slip only my ID , I went back to look for the slip . Your staff members are telling me that I should go back again to do an affidavit. That is an inconvenience and I did not appreciate their tone of voice and the back and forth. Kindly please assist me. I am utterly disappointed because I had not signed anywhere that I need to go do an affidavit. Honestly you have lost a customer in me.
