Cannot stop debit order and paying for years for something I don't even have anymore
I cancelled my Tracker subscription on both my vehicles in October 2021 and I have been paying unwillingly for the last 3.5yrs. I cannot stop the debit order at the bank, it gets bypassed every time and I tried cancelling cancelling cancelling and nothing. R17000 later and I am sick of it. I am retrieving my emails from the account that I used to cancel because this is ridiculous. I want EVERY CENT BACK

Municipality owes me money and IGNORES me for months!
My house was sold a year ago, the title has been on the new owner's name since October 2023. On 9 August 2024, I received an email saying that the municipality owed me R4730 for the 3 months deposit I paid for the municipal costs. I never thought I would get it back so it was a nice surprise. I emailed back, gave my new banking details and then they proceeded to ignore me flat for 2 months. Multiple emails, phone calls, messages to the people in charge of refunds IGNORED. I got the Public Protector involved and let them know last week that I did, and suddenly I get a phone call from Lesiba, claiming he has asked me for documents. Lies, I was ignored for weeks on weeks. He then says Oh it has to be authorised and there is no timeframe for the payment to actually be made. This feels like it was said to shut me up. How long can authorisation take? I emailed and phoned him again this morning and I AM BEING IGNORED YET AGAIN. I am sick of this, they owe me money, they know they do and this municipality is known for *******ion. But I will not give up, I am going every possible route to get my money out of them. Lesiba, Phillipine, Ansa, whoever there is. They are back to ignoring me. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
