I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made through your portal. The notes I purchased were completely mislabeled and irrelevant to the subject they claimed to cover. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Additionally, the seller stated that files should not be downloaded, yet your portal's design makes it impossible to even view the file without downloading it first. This contradiction is highly misleading and puts the buyer at a disadvantage. I was left with no choice but to download the file, only to discover it was not what was advertised. Now, I am being denied a refund on the grounds that the file was downloaded — which, as explained, was necessary to even access it. This is entirely unfair. Furthermore, I find it troubling that your portal allows such materials to be sold without any verification of their quality or accuracy. This lack of oversight severely undermines buyer trust and raises questions about your platform's integrity. I am therefore requesting a full refund. I believe it is your responsibility as the platform provider to ensure that products sold through your site meet basic standards of accuracy and relevance. I'm beyond frustrated with my experience since joining this insurance. I had an unfortunate incident shortly after signing up, and processing my claim has been nothing short of a nightmare. This whole process has been nothing but stress and dead ends. It's beyond frustrating to feel ignored and deceived, especially when I was promised something entirely different when I signed up.
I’ve been trying to log a claim for three days now, and it’s been a complete nightmare! Every time I call, I’m stuck on hold for so long that I’m forced to hang up.
