Great food, service and ambience
I highly recommend the place! The dining experience was exceptional, with each ingredient perfectly complementing the others. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. Truly impressive all around!

Would recommend, but needs to improve communication
I would recommend Matrix, despite some communication challenges I’ve encountered. My experience has been somewhat mixed. When I owned my previous vehicle and opted for monthly payments via debit order, I faced numerous glitches with statements, and the call center was often difficult to reach. This lack of support can be frustrating for customers who require assistance after acquiring their product. However, since making a three-year upfront payment in 2022, my experience has significantly improved. This payment structure has provided me with a great deal of peace of mind, and I hope to have the option to make another 36-month upfront payment upon renewal. Additionally, their tracking services are particularly valuable, especially regarding alerts for high-risk zones and general safety warnings like power down warning etc. I just wish they could do tests on the unit quarterly and let us know that the unit was tested - added peace of mind (cos you will never know whether your unit is still a'ight or not). Overall, I would certainly recommend Matrix for their tracking capabilities.

Smooth and efficient claims process
I highly recommend iWYZE for anyone looking for reliable and efficient vehicle insurance coverage! I’ve been insured with iWYZE through my mother, via being a regular driver of one of the vehicles, I can confidently say their service has been outstanding. Over the past five years, we’ve only had four minor claims, including a couple for windshield damage, and each time, iWYZE has handled the claims process efficiently, making sure we get manufacturer windshields since our cars are still under maintenance plan. Their prompt responses and smooth handling of our claims have made the experience stress-free.

Consistent service you can trust
I had never heard of Home-Connect when I moved to my new place back in 2021, and I only chose them because I had no other options from the complex. Been with them for 3 years now. To my surprise, my experience has been exceptional! Their uncapped internet is truly reliable - I've never experienced throttling even though I average 800GB plus monthly, and the only time I faced connectivity issues was due to underwater cables being cut, which affected all of South Africa. Overall, I'm really impressed with the service!! Sticking with them for another lengthy period.

Highly recommend Ooba to anyone looking to buy a home!! I can’t thank Ragiema Khan enough for her outstanding assistance during my house buying journey, back in Feb this year! From the very start, she provided fast and thorough service, getting me quotes quickly and helping me navigate my options. Her expertise made choosing the best one a breeze. Easy to get cover, easy to claim
Naked Insurance has truly impressed me. Not only do they make it incredibly easy for them to take your money...... and get you covered, but when it came time to make a claim, they were efficient and supportive. Working the efficient Dylan Bossenger (my claims handler), he proved to me how their processes are streamlined, and made me feel like I was valued as a customer during a stressful time. It's reassuring to know that they prioritize their clients’ needs, delivering on their promises when it matters most. Highly recommend!!!!
