am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service I received. My order was scheduled to be delivered, but it arrived at 7:00 PM, which is far too late for a standard delivery. This is the third time this is happening!!!! This timing is highly inconvenient and, frankly, unprofessional. As a customer, I expect deliveries to be made within reasonable hours, and receiving a package so late in the evening is not only disruptive but also reflects poorly on your service.
My package was delivered to the wrong company entirely, causing significant delays and confusion. The courier allowed someone else to sign for the package without notifying me, which raises serious security and accountability concerns. Additionally, I was not informed that the package had been delivered, leaving me unaware of its status and creating further inconvenience. Most disappointing was Woolworths' failure to respond to my inquiry regarding this incident within your stated 72-hour policy. I had hoped for prompt assistance, but this has not been the case. This experience is particularly disappointing and careless for a company that positions itself as "the difference."
Absolutely the worst service! If I could give them no stars, I would. 1. They delivered the package at 6 PM despite clear instructions to deliver before 5 PM. 2. They sent the package to the wrong company and let a random person sign for it. 3. They didn't notify the recipient about the delivery. 4. Their contact number doesn't work, so I can't reach them.
