I am so appalled by the shocking service received from Aquazania!!!! Firstly, it took close on 6 months to get someone to call me back, then when I finally got a response from them I requested a WHITE COUNTER TOP UNIT and I received a black floor standing unit (which had maggots in) when they finally did bring the correct unit it was in bad shape and makes a horrible noise - still waiting on a replacement for that. Then when I ordered another bottle of water to be delivered on a Thursday, the following week Monday I am still waiting! No correspondence, nothing! Dont waste your money, there are plenty of water suppliers, no need to support a terrible brand!
I dont even know where to start! We have been to Saddle and trout many times before, the first time was absolute perfection and thats where it ended. The time before this past weekend our unit did not have a working fridge which resulted in all of our food going bad, the bath leaked and flooded the bathroom. This time round, when we arrived for check in I noticed that the room we were allocated was on the other end of the resort, I requested a room change to somewhere a bit closer to the resturaunt and amenities but they told me they were fully booked. I accepted that and went to our room. Since we arrived late I immediately unpacked the car and got my kids mini pizzas in the oven. 40min later and the pizzas were still not done, I open the oven and its not working, strike 1! The neighbors decided to throw one heck of a party, music blasting, people screaming, it was unbearable. I called reception to tell them to refund me and I would rather leave, we had been here approx 2hrs at this point. They offered to move us to another room?!? After being told they were fully booked! We moved and then headed to the resturaunt for some dinner, I went into the spa to book a treatment they they had on their menu that I was given on arrival only to be told they dont offer that service there? Again, what the hell? TAKE IT OFF YOUR MENU! Dissapointed I left and joined my family at the resturaunt. R102 for a waffle, we promptly left. Went to do the "pony ride" with my kids to get there and its 2 fully grown, rather large horses, my kids were terrified and didnt want to do it, no refund offered or the option to do another activity - R100 down the drain. Then to top off the exceptionally **** time we were having, my 1 year old stepped on a broken beer bottle and sliced his foot open. The "medic" on site wrapped it in a shoulder bandage which could go around a large foot 20 times so of course was a joke on a tiny 1 year old foot who promptly pulled it off. All in all, my love for this place has completely dwindled. I will NEVER be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone EVER AGAIN! Shame on you Saddle and Trout!
I have been thinking so hard about this review and how to write it. To me, a GREAT business is determined by how they deal with complaints. I went to Sorbet Watercrest and had a not-so-great experience, I expressed my dissatisfaction and to be honest, didn't expect to hear anything back. Well, the owner herself reached out to me and sent me the most amazing email apologizing on behalf of her staff, she didn't hide away and pretend it didn't happen, she didn't place blame on anyone, she stood up and took the fall for something she didn't even do! WOW! That was enough for me and her sincerity was evident! However, she didn't stop there, unfortunately the treatment was not something that was able to be rectified so instead she treated me to a full on pamper afternoon, which as a mom, was so well appreciated! The beautician who made the error to start with came up to me while I was there and apologized with the most beautiful bunch of flowers and some delicious chocolates. None of this was expected but so very appreciated! I will be a loyal client of Sorbet Watercrest for many years to come and I encourage you to head over there and experience this world class service for yourself. 10/10 Sorbet Watercrest, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I arrived and was taken through to a chair, I explained that I had attempted a home bleach job which went poorly (not their fault) and asked the hairdresser to please try and trim my hair, before she had even started cutting she was pushing their inhouse hair products down my throat, when I expressed that I couldn't afford it at this time is when she got "sour" with me. She hacked away at my hair so badly that I left in tears. The hair was not even at all, looked nothing like the image I showed her and my husband had to trim all the long pieces left behind when we got home. I have never experienced such awful service IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from them. To top it all off, I paid R275 for a spray of water from a water bottle and a 7minute hair cut. I could have gone to one of the local Pakistani gents for the same thing for R60. You should be ashamed Sorbet Watercrest, "best hair salon" my ass!
