Terrible service from Matrix Warehouse
Terrible service from Matrix Warehouse. Staff were unresponsive, unhelpful, and offered no real solutions. I won’t be returning.

One of the most frustrating companies I've ever worked with
One of the most frustrating companies I've ever worked with. There’s a serious lack of clear communication, structured processes, and urgency from the team. Despite multiple follow-ups, the workflow is disorganized and incredibly slow. Staff seem disengaged and unwilling to collaborate to get things done efficiently. There is no visible or documented vetting process, which creates confusion and delays. If this approach continues, I genuinely worry about the company's long-term sustainability. Disappointing experience. For Example. Submitting Documents to Thabang and asking him to confirm if all is in order - He just does not reply which seems to the norm in the company...there is just no customer service. I am sorry to say Property 24 is not a Customer-Centred Organisation.
