Disappointed Unresponsive Non communicative Ineffective Chatbot No callback I've sent so many emails to Cornerstone Institute for request for further information and none were ever rep**** to, it's an entire year later
Again.. Rain..I'm bitterly disappointed with the service you have provided to me and will definitely cancel my account as of tomorrow. I want nothing to do with you guys anymore. When my router stopped working on the 4th of November 2024 I called in to request for a new router and I was explicitly clear to the customer service agent that I needed a new set of sim cards which took a whole lot longer than the 3 business days that was promised. When i followed up.with CCD Couriers they **** ..blatantly **** and said they called me but no communication was sent to me as the contact person at CCD was probably drunk and got my details wrong🙄. I called back again and was assisted by a kind and sympathetic administrator Keitumetsi Tsubane who deserves a 5 star rating. I called Rain again this Monday to enquire on why the router didn't have sim cards as the old sim card is linked to that router, ohh God...was the agent so condescending to me. She said the delivery was scheduled for 3 to 5 business days and to show that the agent from Rain had no interest in assisting me..I have not received any reference for my query..not only that but she advised me to go to.a Rain store that is too far from where I work.. I cannot abandon my work station to go to a Rain store as if I own the company I work for. I have been without without wifi for 3 flipping weeks yet..as sure as I am that the grass is green and the sky is blue..I will be deducted the full amount. My kids had no wifi which is necessary for their studies and even I have been disadvantaged with my own online exams... Honestly..this is poor.. I would not recommend this to.the SMMES I provide business packages to and would discourage my friends and family from joining Rain if this is how you treat your clients. Hai suka Mann... why nenza so kanti?
Rain5G promises more than it gives. When they want that sale, they will be kind and courteous they will call you on time, every time. When you call for after sales service they're utterly useless. For the past two weeks I've had no access to wifi because the router needs to be replaced and till today I am waiting for CCD Couriers to pick it up. The same CCD Couriers **** and said they called me only to discover that the customer service representative captured incorrect information despite me repeating and even spelling it for him. I'm going to cancel this thing and advise all my colleagues to do so.
I'm extremely disappointed with the appealing service I received at PostNet Sandton City. It is not enough that they were staring at me while I waited to be attended to while they had a gossip session, but when they finally felt like attending to me they completely uncourteous and showed no care. They didn't greet nor show concern that a client had been standing there for 10 minutes while they were loitering in the shop. The employee that assisted me didn't even greet but asked rudely "what do you want to be helped with" after having to demand assistance. They didn't even care to tell me my charge for the service they simply just pointed the speed point at me to tap and pay. I've had a great experience with PostNet each and every time I used their services at Northmead and Pretoria CBD.. but Sandton.. I will never set foot there after this terrible experience
