Shell Kommitjie Poor Service
Kommetjie Motors Shell Garage this is one station that's damaging the reputation of a well successful company with employees from cashiers to attended showing you that as long they get their salary service doesn't matter to client. Today was the 3rd time to experience the worst experience as bad service , bad attitude and bad franchise. I hope it can be closed since no one is taking values serious

Grassy park Astron Energy *** service
So service is Ethnic depended at Grassy park cape town. Met a manager name Asief not interested to even listen after I was made to pay twice for the speed point error. Is sad that the fastest growing Company is selling franchise to the right people who appoint relatives who doesn't even know what customers service is.

Don't fly Safair
Useless airline, three days been calling to to confirm a flight they never finalized. Their call centre estimates 10 mins yet you in calm for an hour without them picking up still.

Bad Claim Experience
01 of October I put in a claim , last time communication was on the 8th with assessor and today just a day left to a month claim still not finalised. I dont blame Santam as a company but individuals that are hired to do their Job but decide not to. Insurance good and proper?
