I placed an order on 03 Jan 2026, money was deducted from my bank account. The order on UberEats was valued at R0.00 but R209 was deducted from my account. I did not receive the order. When I followed up when showed I expect the refund via Customer Service, I keep on receiving auto reply (same message that they can confirm that I was not charged) When I request a way forward I keep getting same reply that I was not charged. I need my money back
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism regarding my internship completion process. I completed my Business Management internship in April 2022 and submitted the necessary documents, including my portfolio, as required. Despite following up, I have received no feedback or acknowledgment. In June 2024, I submitted my portfolio including logbook and supporting documents again, hoping to resolve the matter, but I am still waiting for any response. This is unacceptable, considering the importance of these documents for my career advancement. I demand immediate clarification regarding my internship status and an explanation for this prolonged delay. Kindly resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.
