I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Kenings Car Van And Truck Hire (Durban). I paid two deposits that were never refunded, despite the vehicles being returned, and all my follow-ups have been ignored or unresolved. To make matters worse, the company debited money from my bank account without any explanation, invoice, or authorization, and no one has been able to provide a clear reason for this charge. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I am requesting the immediate refund of both deposits as well as a full explanation and reversal of the unauthorized debit.
I am very disappointed with the service I received regarding the delivery of my parcel. Despite making several attempts to contact the delivery company, I was constantly given the excuse that they are "short of drivers." This went on for days, with no clear update, no urgency, and no accountability. My parcel was delayed unnecessarily, and even after my repeated follow-ups, there was no proper customer support or effort to resolve the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and money. If you cannot meet delivery commitments, then you should not accept the orders. I expect better service, better communication, and better planning from any delivery provider. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call to the company to take customer service seriously.
