Poor service
After numerious follow-ups the company still decided to retard the finalization of claim even when they have all information even the third-party have sent them information agreeing that they knocked me it like they dont wanna fix my car after two months of waiting they still pushing for the following week day after day they push to the following day (even the manager Melissa is retarding the process)

Terrible service
You guys were suppose to assist me with third party claim as your client damaged my car but instend handed me over to Quest Claim Solutions with all documents and quotes to this date my car isnt fixed and I am using it to make ends meal and here I am two months without a car

I had a claim handed to them that happened in September 2024 and to this date they are giving me run around about assessment and mind you their client’s is fine and my one is damaged and some parts are starting to get rusty
