#BlackFriday I bought quite a few items from Temu recently and surprisingly most of them were of very good quality. It was a large parcel. Delivery was quick. One item was incorrectly advertised. I logged a return which was collected within 2 days and by then I already had my refund. I opted for the money to go into my Temu account for when I next place an order. Overall, I am happy so far.
I bought four of what was advertised as 925 Sterling Silver rings at Zando. I am unable to log a call, emails are bouncing back, no one to complain to. I now read that they are closing. This is how they bow out - cheating loyal customers of their hard earned money. Now I sit with 4 **** rings. This is very *********. Henceforth, I will remember Zando with a bitter taste in my mouth. Sies.
