bad service
this is the worst retirement ive experienced and been with, people have been complaining about the lack of service for years and im now experiencing the same with my withdrawal of two pot. they dont answer their calls, and even if you reach them they tell you its with sars, i know people who got this reply and it has been over two months now where else some retirement funds have paid within weeks
