My journey with Johan van Rooyen (potchefstroom) started around August. Very good start I must say. The communication was good he returned calls consistently, i paid all the costs and did everything from my side. Until the owner started giving problems and delaying the whole process. I started struggling to get ahold of Johan. Fast forward to 1 December I moved in the house before it was registered and I noticed a few things and some things for example leaking toilet in the main bedroom which he promised will be sorted out from thier side. Johan till today does not answer or return my calls or emails the roof leaks. Which was supposed to be fixed by the previous owners insurance. The house is now registered on my name and he has not even contacted me or put up the Sold sign.. I am very disappointed in him as it is obvious that he was just after making sales and now I am stuck with the damage
I bought a mattress on sleepmasters online. It was delivered on the 26th of November. I only started using it on the 30th which was the worst night ever. The mattress is as hard as rock, the material is loose you can hardly move or turn when sleeping. I literally woke up.with a sore back I then sent an email the following day requesting either a refund or am exchange. I got a reply to send pictures, videos and an explanation which I did To my surprise my request was declined reason being they don't refund or exchange due to comfort. So are they saying that they don't value their customers and they're products that much. The agent that was assisting then called to.say that he will be logging in another complaint as it is obvious in the pictures that the mattress is not of good standard this was just before Christmas I am still waiting. Mind you I am back to using my Mattress that k bought in 2014 and it is a whole lot better then sleepmasters mattress. Please note that I used my children's savings to buy this mattress how do you expect anyone to sleep on such. Reference: 9000383856 - 200075946
My mother put in a claim for her fridge that stopped working. The claim was put in on the 15th of October to this day 31 October she has not been assisted. Her food has gone to waste especially the meat. We have made so much follow up but still nothing. She has been a loyal customer for years now yet gets treated like this.
