Ordered over 20 items and was promised delivery by a certain date, yet none happened despite numerous enquiries and their false reassurances, after receiving contradicting information from the courier company they use. Very poor communication, no way to call them, rude and delayed responses to messages. Still waiting for my items. Give them a miss. There are way better options out there for second-hand books and other items. I certainly will not be entrusting them with my business in future. What an absolute disappointment it has been, dealing with a business with no integrity! Dr C.
Multiple emails sent, multiple support tickets raised, multiple callbacks requested, multiple calls placed and still no response from Ikhokha. When they do respond - once, today, after business hours, via email, after a month of trying to get someone to call me - they are rude and ignore what’s requested (Roslan Gilberts). As an Investec client in my personal and business capacity, this deplorable company was recommended by them as a “reputable partner” - what a load of bull that is. They haven’t even gotten my business address right after 4 months; they continue to ignore requests querying incorrect costs of transactions (higher than the rate I signed up for) and their after-sales service is nonexistent once they sign you as a client. They can consider this client gone. I have had enough of their pathetic and substandard service. I will be lodging a complaint with Investec as well- the calibre of companies they partner with should align with that of their clientele. Ikhokha most certainly does not.
From the business banker in Western Cape, Priscilla Fester, to the callcentre agent Paul who wouldn't provide a reference number and was too much in a hurry, after spending 35 minutes holding, this is a despicable place to do any business. I encountered this much trouble just trying to close the account (there isn't an option of zero stars for the "service" received while I was banking with them. Deplorable nonexistent understanding of client needs, and utter incompetence. If you are a business owner consider yourself warned. I have moved my account elsewhere after less than a month with these ********** people who make banking with them a nightmare.
If zero stars was an option, that’s what they’ll get. If you sign up with them expect the following: -Deplorable “service” after multiple requests for assistance -Ongoing issues for over a year without resolution -No consideration for the fact that a paid-for service should be delivered as per standards advertised -Zero follow-through (I am still waiting on a replacement router because the one they sent me in 2023 May was defective) In short: Pathetic company. No service standards. An absolute waste of time and money. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time signing up with them. You’re guaranteed to be frustrated, disappointed and pulling out your hair.
