As per my previous HelloPeter complaint, the issue is still not resolved and I have still not received my money, Vodacom USED TO BE excellent with service but these days they dont give a damn, Everyone wants to go AI and Bots and its frustrating when there are no contacts to humans who maybe will eventual do something, I am fed up with them *****ing. Its time to tale this to the Ombudsman. Enough is enough. It seems *********** clients and *****ing have become their core business, Disgusting!
it was a nightmare just making a booking with this spa. i cannot believe that it can be this difficult. People should be allowed to do their online booking because going through their consultants is really a nightmare! Simple, basic things is an issue and till date have not received an invoice for payment, With the way things are going, i must really re-consider if i even want to try out this spa. Really ridiculous! Basics!
I did email Vodacoms customer care but as usual, zero response! Issue 1. I recently took a data contract from 010 494 9528, that contacted me on behalf of Vodacom. The contract was for 200GB of data for R399. The sim for the data card was delivered very quickly, however, I made it very clear to be called to arrange for delivery and that never happened. I received the sim, and the account was activated, for number 0662851246. I then quickly noticed that the amount I was going to be billed for was incorrect, R503 excluding after pro-rata!!! Then data given was also pro rata, round about 191GB. I immediately queried this and cancelled this contract as this is not what I signed for. I am not sure if this is now cancelled, I did get a message saying it will be cancelled was not know if it was actioned. I also did not use a single bit of data from that sim, however yesterday R405.64 was still deducted from my account!!!! This is unacceptable. Can we get this mess sorted immediately and my money refunded soonest!!!! Is this how you implement TCF Issue 2. I also at the time received another call from 010 494 9528 saying for my mobile number 0827189602, they will be moving me from red plan 1 to red plan2 with no additional cost to me. I was supposed to be emailed all the information so I could have a look at the offering as this was to be in place from 1 April 2025. I never received anything as yet! Given the experience with issue 1 above, I don’t know if I can trust what was said to me as nothing was emailed to me, so I am also questioning this as well. I trust the 2 issues noted above will be resolved soonest and I would be rightfully refunded. Also, please pass this unsatisfactory experience to the company representing Vodacom, Service levels at Vodacom have sadly decreased tremendously over the last year Regards,
I have always been a loyal Vodacom customer with bills always paid on time. i never gave then any issues. All of a sudden my data contract gets cancelled and no one can tell me why. i have called them several times and i keep on getting told they will investigate and get back to me and no one ever comes back. It has been 3 months now and nothing! First time that i ever needed assistance and the service has been beyond pathetic! What a useless cancellations department that cant give me answers, not to mention their customer service department as well, just useless. Are they even allowed to cancel without my consent, what then is the penalty fees to Vodacom! Is works both ways VODACOM!!! I have never seen a more useless company. they deserve a negative rating
