This company is a *****. They are accessing details of bank account holders with personal loans. *******ly calling from CapeTown numbers with company located in Kempton Park and harassing these account holders by requesting personal information. Advised by my bank to not give info. Beware of these companies and do not give your personal information to them. They breach POPIA Act and continue to harass south Africans.
If I could give a 0, I would. I took a course which was misrepresented by the college. They are a ***** institute and have staff that only collect pay checks. Aside from the poor quality of material and high cost courses, they don't really care about your contributions. Course was paid every month, they call constantly each month just to ask if I have my payments set up for the month, even though they debit account. They constantly promote "Telegram", which is worthless. They ask if I have any issues, which they totally disregard when you tell them. Tutors contact you weeks after you have already submitted assignments and say sorry, we were only assigned then. Totally BS company and totally act like an unregistered business. I doubt there are any management for call centre agents present themselves as directors. So upsetting.
They don't deserve a 1* at all. I get to the restaurant and order two lamb 1/4 bunny chows. They wrap and seal the packet with order after paying R280 for the two bunny chows and two buddy cooldrinks. When I get home, there is two small bowls with curry and 1/4 unsliced bread, come on. That's not even a bunny chows. The curry was mostly oil, three small piece meat, not even. Was bone pieces I won't even feed my dog. So not meat. For R80 a bunny chow. You guys are the biggest ******* and on top of it, there is a reason you seal the bags and hand to customers. Disappointing and a total rip-off. I would advise no one to order from Copper Chimney. They need to learn how to make a meal before opening a food chain.
