I have been on the line with the MTN call center for 2 hours and did not get any service. I had to call in 3 times and got no assistance, they put you on hold for a lifetime!!! all i needed was an escalation email to be sent. this takes less than 5 minutes.... 2 hours later and still nothing. when i request to speak to a manager/supervisor, they do not come to the phone, they are scared and hide away... so there is no escalating anything with MTN.... he worse service i got from a call center and their supervisors/manager totally useless.... why are they managers/supervisors???
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! YOU WILL BE LEFT FRUSTRATED AND WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. INSTEAD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY..... IS THERE ANY1 THAT CAN HELP WITH GETTING JUSTICE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND.... CAN SOME1 HELP PLEASE?

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.... THEY ARE ****MERS!!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!! I paid for a product and paid for express shipping. Their website gives you a guideline of 5-15 days for delivery. It is now a month and I do not have my product. There is no contact number on their site, where I can follow-up on. I have been sending emails daily and get a "robot" response. I get this response, EVERYTIME I follow-up: I apologize for the continued delay and any inconvenience this has caused. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am in constant communication with our fulfillment team to expedite the process and will provide you with an update as soon as I have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
