Rude staff
Porto fish and chips Arcadia branch staff is very rude and disrespectful, they get your orders wrong and when you tell them they have attitude and very comfortable in disrespecting you. I sent an email and the Owner by the name Grace responded to acknowledge receipt and promised to investigate and I have sent her two emails to follow up but she hasn’t responded. I see why the staff there had that attitude because they knew that nothing will happen to them. They sell nice food but the staff is rude.

Arrogant Manager
I was at Shoprite Silverton this morning (04/11/24) at 7:30 so I was on a queue, it was only 2 Tills operating because we were waiting for long some people were taken from the back to another Till they just opened so I don’t know what went wrong there because while waiting and I was next to pay, then this woman by the name Jabulile brought two people in front of me to pay first and it was the same people that were at the back of my queue before taken to another Till and I tried explaining to that Jabulile that you can’t do that because these people were behind me and it didn’t bother her, she didn’t even apologise so I left my groceries there at the Counter but when I got to the door I asked some woman by the Kiosk if I could speak to the Manager and she said that woman you were talking to is the Manager, I am very disappointed in how they treat people there, bad treatment has always been there but a whole Manager to have such stinking attitude, she could not even solve the problem when I told her so I wonder how she can manage a store, it’s no wonder we always queue for such a long time and I once found expired items on the shelves, clearly the store is not properly managed.
