I purchased online via pick n pay b4,I have a small shop a found it convenient to be delivered,however on more than 1 occasion items are missing and you run around in circles to get your money back,on the 28th of December I was desperate for stock placed my order and the main items I required is not there. Fast forward to now 2026 January I have still not received my refund from my 1st missin order and doubt I will get this 1 back either. Absolutely terrible service and I will never use this store again.
So on the Vodacom network, you get rewards when you recharge, I recharged today,and won 12 months prime video subscription with data, an SMS was sent with a link and you supposed to click the link and it will activate on the Voda pay app. But when you log in there's no reward,you speak to customer care it's like you speaking in tongues, agents have no idea how to help, they don't know their jobs, I mean Vodacom is a billion dollar company, fix technical issues or stop lying to clients that they won something because when you ask the agent they don't even seem to know what promotions are currently happening. Really upset at the Vodacom service from rewards programs to customer service, ****s and *******.
Guys what ever you do, do not port your number to rain.rains mobile network is the worst ever. I cant call,I cant send or receive a text, a simple ussd code rain does not support. Had the agents told me about these issues I would never have ported my number to rain. I live in the amanzimtoti i drove to umhlanga to the rain store just to be told I will be contacted via email.
So I entered the competition win a a front earlier this year. Received a call saying I wom the vehicle and I will be contacted in the next 24hrs to where I can collect my prize. What the hell,no one calls I try to call back no one bothers to listen. Very disappointed
So I lost my job recently, I've been applying everywhere, saw an advert for Toyota prospecton, Toyota garage in prospecton drivers, general workers and sales assistant, had a watsapp number to apply, so I did after a day or 2 I received a response, the text informed me, to meet in toyota garage to bring R2000 and I will be given a 5 year contract, I'm not stupid, anyone can see it's a ****, but surely Toyota should do something about it. They massive organisation they have the resources. Toyota shouldn't let *****sters to use they name and **** innocent people to get a job. Money is tight as it is, and to pay 4 a job. No ways. Seriously hope Toyota looks into it.
