Product not the value of the money spent.
I ordered by Modern Cape Town online sneakers of R845 and was disgusted at the quality when I finally received it! The quality must have been R85 or less. Plastic! I requested a refund and they refused. Only will refund me 15% back and didn't even receive that yet! I advice consumers to he very careful about buying any goods by that company!

*****ulent Account Handling
Good day, My account was handed over to In 2020 with the balance of R21000. In the meantime I made payments also to the Foschini branches over the years. Yet when I phoned the debt collection company today via a shop assistant of Exact, they said I still owe them R17000! It's 2024 now! This is *****ulent as I went to Foschini a few months the ago to find out my settlement amount and they told me it's over R2000 and I paid that. Yet R500 debit orders went off my banking account as soon as my salary was available in my account! I've contacted Veri Credit several times to stop my debit orders, yet they persist. And on top of it, I'm getting boarded in December this year, which is next month cause of illness. So by January I have no income at all. And I don't have any pension or retirement funds. I can only apply for Sassa pension in 2 years time when I'm 60. I am hugely upset about the way my account has been handled by Foschini and Veri Credit! Regards Ms L.Williams Sait
