Subject: Absolutely Ridiculous Account Issue at Totalsports Cape Gate Dear Totalsports Manager, I am beyond frustrated with the ridiculous experience I had at your Totalsports Cape Gate store on [date]. I attempted to make a purchase using my account, only to be told I couldn’t because Totalsports owes me 0.11 cents. Seriously? This is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. If I owed money on my account, I would be contacted and expected to settle it. But because you owe me a few cents, I suddenly can’t use my account? How does that make any sense? This is a complete joke, and quite frankly, a waste of my time. I expect this issue to be fixed immediately so that I can use my account without any more nonsense. i took my car to have all 5 tyres replaced and fitted and had my brake pads done in the front and back wheels. I drove to work the next day and heard a funny "duk duk" sound and stopped and checked all my tyres to find my front left tyres nuts are not *****ed on at all and i could ***** it off with my fingers. I phoned them and told them about what i had experienced and was told, "I tell them everyday to make sure they tighten the wheels properly." I was also asked for my number so that he can contact me after he sees who worked on my car on the cameras. I have had no reponse and i just got an apology. I feel the matter wasn't addressed properly at all and I feel if i was in a accident or if my wheel just popped off the matter would've been much worse and they wouldn't of been liable at all.
