I've honestly had it with this horrible company its full of nonsense imagine since last year October wating for my buds and smart watch for the A55 I purchased.. I get calls and promises that are not honored which is pathetic....Went to Telkom Southgate where I bought the phone several times spoke to Thelma the supervisor she advised she will do a follow up, went again got Samsung's agent she said I will send an email and you will get your gifts did I NO I didn't NXA.. Samsung please ensure that you don't agree to package that you want be able to handle.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I went to the branch where I bought the sofas last weekend ,and they told me that they will contact me during working days ,but they haven't done so and my sofas are just peeling off ,it seems like they were painted and another colour is coming out and I bought these sofas last year March a year hasn't ended and I finished my payment.
Samsung is the worst company ever......., false advertising, worst service can't deliver, unprofessional. I have waited long enough for their feedback which I'm still waiting for till this date. I entered in to a contract with a Samsung A55 and I have a trail of emails for the "gift claim" of a watch and earbuds. They told me I had to send all documents requested which I did but noting till now .. I called them multiple time for them to assist did they no they didn't they keep telling me to send an email to Samsung.promotions@isonexperiences.com. contacted them on all platforms email phoned, all with zero result. So It is fair enough to state that Samsung is the worst I wouldn't advice people to buy it......
