Yesterday morning, Sunday 12 April 2015, my husband and I wanted to have breakfast at this specific restaurant after completing the Zoo Trot which is a monthly event. We were seated and handed menus at 08:30am and after approximately 15 minutes we had not been attended to at all. To be honest, no waiters was even passing our table for the whole 15 minutes we sat there. Usually in summer the restaurant is quite busy with everyone wanting to have breakfast after completing the Zoo Trot, but when we got there yesterday morning the restaurant wasn't very busy so we were quite amazed that no one bothered to come and take our orders in the whole time we were sitting there. My husband had to get up and go and call a waiter who then came to take our order. Expecting the service to be slow we ordered hot drinks as well as our food at the same time. At 09:10am (40 minutes after we were seated) we still hadn't received our drinks so we decided to leave and go and have breakfast at another restaurant.
